German design, awesome features, super easy to install
- powerful, easily lifts a ute, lifts more than your ute’s rear axle can handle
- super easy to install. weld the brackets to a cross beam running between the frame, and to a beam crossing under the deck. it does not care up/down, forward reverse. it does not need any specific alignment.
- most compact design on the market. when down it’s only about 160mm high and 550mm long.
- long lift of 850mm, this is only possible through the combination of smart scissor design and 3-stage compact cylinder.
- minimal intrusion into the truck frame. unlike single stage cylinders or pivot mounted cylinders, once the scissors start lifting all the parts of the lift are moving away from the truck and the box. (the butt end of pivot mounted cylinders swings down, often requiring changes inside the truck to avoid spare wheel, fuel tank, diff, axle etc…)
- designed for long service life. all moving joints have grease nipples.
KIT supplied with
1) one complete scissor assembly (in parts, 3 bolts to assemble) 2) hydraulic power pack 12V 1.2kw
3) hydraulic hose to connect power pack to cylinder 4) cable control, about 3m cable with industrial grade box and buttons
OPTIONAL: wireless control, can be used alongside or in place of the cable control. reach about 10m, a bit more challenging to install, add $36
